Filing of the Proof of Service/Affidavit is not included in the service package. However, we provide additional options for filing and eFile services (availability varies based on the court). Please feel free to contact us to explore the available options that best suit your needs.

Extra fees:

  • San Mateo County (excluding the cities listed above): +$50
  • Marin County & Santa Clara County: +$100
  • Unlawful Detainer, Evictions, and Restraining Orders will incur an additional $50 due to the complexity of the service.
  • Additional individual to be served at the same address, additional of 50% each.
  • Notary fee: $25 per signature (additional $15 for extra signatures) if a notarized Proof of Service is required.
  • Printing fees: Documents up to 30 pages are free of charge. After that, there will be a charge of $0.20 per page.
